The Contracting Officer reviewed all of the TEPs work in assessing each offer, then the recommendation for award and the following offer was determined to be best value for award: PGF&E, LLC, 102 S Madison Ave., Yuma, AZ, 85364-1455 All Base Line Items have been accepted for a Total Price of $494,139.00 The USDA Forest Service, Coconino National Forest in Arizona has a requirement Cinch Hook Crush and Stockpile. MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: Between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is a 100 percent Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 212319 (SBA Size: 500 employees or less) is size standard for small business. PSC: F011 Payment and Performance bonds are required (after award). Payment for contract work will be made only for and under those pay items included in the Schedule of Items. All other work and materials will be considered as incidental to and included in the payment for items shown. Items to be tested: 1. Gradation (AASHTO T 11) 2. Gradation (AASHTO T 27) 3. Specific Gravity and Absorption of Course Aggregate C.2 - LOCATION OF PROJECT The project is located on the Mogollon Rim Ranger District of the Coconino National Forest located in Coconino County, Arizona. From Camp Verde head East on AZ-260 approximately 31.6 miles. The Site will be Located Directly ahead at the junction of AZ-260 and AZ-87. How to submit your offer. Submit RFP pages 3 through 8 and section K as your business (schedule of items) proposal. In a separate document, submit all the information requested in Section M as your technical proposal. Deadline for submission of offers shall be June 9, 2022, 1:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time. Responses to the solicitation shall be sent only to the Contracting Officer.
