ABERDEEN SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 5 Building Commissioning Services The Aberdeen School District No. 5 is seeking Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from Interested and qualified firms for school facility retro-commissioning services for seven school facilities. The work will include: Measure and document actual outside air conditions now present relative to ASHRAE 62.1-2019 minimum outside air ventilation standards for all instructional classroom occupancies (including portable classrooms), offices, meeting rooms, and all major spaces such as gymnasium, cafeteria, library, and commons areas within each school building. Negative Pressure areas such as restrooms and Nurses offices/health rooms will also be measured and documented. Measure and recordmaximum fan capacities at 100% outside air conditions for each air handling equipment type for possible future adjustments and settings either made locally at the unit and/or the existing direct digital building control system. Make recommendations for adding or improvingoutside air in the districts older buildings where it is not available or cannot meet ASHRAE Guideline 62.1. Develop a plan to implement Indoor Air Quality control proceduresthat may include additional DDC components and programming throughout the district to ensure that IAQ can be maintained under a variety of circumstances and situations.
