Site work for a parking garage in Ludington, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a parking garage.
All questions are to be directed to the Construction Manager. No direct contact with the Owner is warranted. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers' check, money order, or bid bond made payable to Environmental Resources Group, LLC in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid as a Bid Security. The Bid Security of Bidders under consideration will be returned immediately after award of contracts by the Construction Manager. The amount of the guarantee shall be forfeited to the Owner if the successful Bidder fails to enter into a contract and furnish required bonds and insurance within 30 days after award of contract. All proposals submitted shall remain valid for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid date. The Owner, Site Engineer, and Construction Manager reserve the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all proposals, or accept any proposal, which, in their opinion, will serve their best interest.
