The improvements are located at 262 Grandview Drive, Fort Mitchell, Kentucky 41017 and consists of the following work: The resurfacing project shall include all work necessary to evaluate and prepare the tennis courts for asphalt surface course and acrylic top coating and shall include all necessary appurtenances to complete the project. Appropriate Tennis Court dimensional marking and striping is required and additional striping on each court to provide four (4) pickle ball courts per tennis court. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bids and the right to negotiate with the bidder submitting the apparent lowest and best bid.
