This project includes American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Bidders must review and abide by the City's ARPA SWMBE Contract Compliance Procedures. The SMWBE/LSA requirement for this project is 7% of the contract base bid. The SMWBE/LSA Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. SMWBE certificates must be submitted with the Form A. Incomplete SMWBE /LSA Compliance Plans (Form A) or inaccurate Compliance Plans will not be accepted and will render the bid unresponsive. The Prime Contractor awarded this project is required to participate in training on the City of Milwaukee's LCP Tracker Labor Compliance Software after the date of contract award. Throughout the contract term, Contractors are required to regularly provide timely payroll information via LCP Tracker.
