Sealed proposals Demand Services for On-Call Masonry Contractors Hall County Board of Commissioners is soliciting submissions from qualified vendors to establish a contractor pool to provide On-Call Masonry Contractor Services for Fiscal Year 2023 major projects. The work could include, but is not limited to, the installation of concrete blocks in concrete masonry units (CMUs) ranging from 4", 6", 8" and 12"; reinforcing wire as required by the project Architect; installation of brick veneer, etc. for Hall County. Installation should be the highest quality and standard for the trade. The successful bidders may be allowed four (4), one (1) year renewals of this contract all under the same terms and conditions. A Bid Bond will not be required with proposal submission nor will Payment and Performance Bonds be required at the signing of the contract. Payment and Performance Bonds may be requested, at the discretion of the County, depending upon the size of the individual projects. The successful bidders shall be required to provide insurance in the amount of at least one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) as required by Paragraph 17 of the "Terms and Conditions" of the bid documents. The County will assume no responsibility for representations or understandings concerning conditions made by its officers or employees unless included in this bid document.
