Closing Time: 1:00 P.M. (NT) ** Please note that there has been 1 addendum issued for this project. ** The City of St. John's is undertaking the 2022 CIPP Watermain Lining project. The scope of work generally includes the cleaning and structural rehabilitation of various sections and sizes of existing watermain using the Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP) lining method, and associated works, as outlined by the bid documents. Water service shall be provided to affected properties via an above ground temporary watermain bypass system while the existing watermains are out of service. Existing valves and hydrants (including hydrant lead and valve) are to be replaced. All necessary excavations and permanent restoration. The scope of work also includes the replacement of a 90m section of existing watermain with new 200mm diameter PVC watermain.
