The Board invites Proposals from fully qualified Service Providers with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for the supply of materials and provision of data cabling work for a period of three (3) years on an as needed, when needed basis, up to the value of $75,000.00 per transaction excluding applicable taxes. Throughout the year, the Board has a desire for a variety of cabling projects to be completed. These projects vary in size and scope but are usually smaller projects (under $75,000) with a requirement for a quick turnaround (three days lead time for quoting, work to start within one or two weeks thereafter.) The average annual spending for the last three years was $63,000.00. This number is for budget purposes only. The Board makes no guarantees on future annual spend and cannot and will not make any firm financial commitments or volume guarantees. The successful Contractor may be included on the list of preferred vendors for the Board's special projects. This decision will be based on the need and scope of the project and subject to the Board's discretion. The Board does not make any commitment on this action. Any relationship for that special project will be between the successful Contractor and the General Contractor. The lowest or any submissions will not necessarily be accepted.
