The City of St. James is requesting "per mow" quotes for lawn mowing and related services for the 2022-23 season for properties as identified herein. The lawn mowing services requested shall include lawn mowing, trimming with a weed whip after each mow around all trees, landscaping and other areas as necessary, removing any lawn clippings or debris generated from said mowing as necessary and the removal of any growth in the landscaping area. This does NOT include trimming the bushes or trees, but rather removing any plants, grasses, etc. from the rocked landscaping areas around the buildings.
