The Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) is issuing this Invitation for Bids(IFB) in order to procure the services defined in this Section 2 as specified in this IFB, from a contract between the successful bidder and the Maryland Department of Transportation for commercial lawn and landscaping maintenance services to professionally maintain the lawn and grounds of the campus Questions Due Date and Time 10/03/2022 2:00 P.M. Local Time All questions, including concerns regarding any applicable MBE or VSBE participation goals, shall identify in the subject line the Solicitation Number and Title MDOT-OFFAS-2308 Lawn and Landscaping Services , and shall be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Procurement Officer no later than the date and time specified on the Key Information Summary Sheet. The Procurement Officer, based on the availability of time to research and communicate an answer, shall decide whether an answer can be given before the Bid due date. Contract Type: Fixed Price Contract MBE Subcontracting Goal: 21% VSBE Subcontracting Goal: 0% SBR Designation Yes Contract Duration: Five (5) years
