The City of Fremont Is Requesting Qualification Statements (Rfq) in the Form of a Letter of Interest (Lol) From Professional Architects to Provide Architectural, Survey and Engineering Services for the City's New Amphitheater in Downtown Fremont. The City Owns the Property (Approx. 0.7 Acres) Where the Proposed Facilities Are Planned, Which Is Currently a Parking Lot, Alley and Recently Demolished Building. The City Consulted With a Local Architectural Firm to Develop Concept Plans and Cost Estimate Utilized for Submitted Grant Applications Which Also Included a Boundary Survey to Verity Property Lines. The City Was Awarded One Grant From the State of Ohio and Is Awaiting Notification on a Second Application. This Project Will Be Administered and Managed by the City of Fremont.
