Bidders must submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of its bid plus one (1) on CD or USB Flash Drive. The failure to provide all copies required herein, including digital, may result in rejection of the bid. Bidders are responsible for delivering their respective bids to the County at the time and at the place designated herein. Bids may be delivered personally by the bidder, or by mailing or private courier services (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Lawyers Service).
