Carpet and Cove Base Replacement, Southern Plains Range Research Station, Woodward, OK DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Carpet and Cove Base Replacement at the USDA ARS Southern Plains Range Research Station PROJECT LOCATION: Southern Plains Rane Research Station (SPRRS), Woodward OK CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD: The period of performance of this contract is 90 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Include the name(s) of those attending, along with company information. Contractors must be registered to attend the site visit. The site visit registration deadline is 17 May 2022. Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM). For those who fail to meet these requirements will not be considered for award. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for quote/proposal preparation costs. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. SCOPE OF CONTRACT The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, utilities, and supervision for complete construction of the following in accordance with the clauses, specifications, drawings, attachments, and other terms and conditions set forth in the attached scope of work.
