Bidders are invited to submit sealed bids to establish multiple contracts with qualified suppliers to provide Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, and Limited Repairs and Modifications of existing electrical generator systems, as described in 2-Step IFB #146 Electrical Generator Systems: Maintenance & Repairs (Part 1) to all Commonwealth of Virginia agencies, institutions of higher education, or other public bodies (collectively Authorized Users) as defined in the Code of Virginia 2.2-1110, 2.2-1120, and 2.24301. The Bid Price must include the Bidders name, address, and point of contact (POC) information properly filled out on the Pricing Sheet (Attachment B - Pricing Schedule). Only those Bidders whos unpriced Technical Proposal submitted for 2-Step IFB #146 Electrical Generator Systems: Maintenance & Repairs (Part 1) that have been determined acceptable, listed below in no particular order, are invited to submit Bid Pricing. 1. Fidelity Engineering Corporation Bidders are solely responsible for reviewing, complying, and returning a complete and responsive bid. Failure to submit any of the required information may result in the bid being declared nonresponsive. Changes to the solicitations forms or formats are prohibited except where clearly instructed and permitted. The Commonwealth reserves the right to make multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. The award(s) will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) meeting the requirements of the solicitation. The award(s) will be made per Region, per manufacturer, per system. The Commonwealth reserves the right to conduct any tests it may deem advisable and to make all evaluations. The Commonwealth also reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the procuring public body to be in its best interest
