As of 06/10/2022 This project will be rebid. Installation of a bioswale, replacement/relocation of concrete walkway, segmental retaining wall, park benches, picnic tables installation of light pole fixture assemblies and associated electrical appurtenances, stamped concrete, pedestrian access ramps, landscaping and related restoration. Work for this project shall consist of installation of a bioswale, replacement/relocation of concrete walkway, segmental retaining wall, park benches, picnic tables installation of light pole fixture assemblies and associated electrical appurtenances, stamped concrete, pedestrian access ramps, landscaping and related restoration, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the bid documents in and adjacent to Mercer Beach in the City of Walled Lake (City). Work shall commence on June 22, 2022 and have final completion no later than August 26, 2022. OWNER may consider an earlier start date. Contact the ENGINEER by Monday, May 23, 2022 at 5pm for consideration. If the OWNER determines and earlier start date is in their best interest, related information will be provided in an addendum. This project is funded by the OWNER. State or federal funds are being used to assist in construction and relevant State or federal requirements will apply. The Contractor and Subcontractors on this project must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
