Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Vancleave, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the construction of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Contractors in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) shall have a Mississippi Certificate of Responsibility. Contractors Certificate of Responsibility Number shall be included on the outside of the bid envelope otherwise bids under $50,000.00 shall so indicate same on the envelope. No oral, telegraphic, telephonic, or e-mail proposals will be considered. The current Certificate of Responsibility Number of the bidder shall appear on the outside of each sealed envelope containing a proposal, said envelope being plainly marked Proposal for SRHS Vancleave Clinic. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a performance and payment bond for One Hundred Percent (100%) of all labor and materials in the project. A bid bond is required (5%). Singing River Health System reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any formality where permitted by law. No bids will be accepted unless quoted on the prescribed Bid Proposal Form and unless signed by the bidders authorized representative. It is requested that bidders indicate on the envelope(s) and/or express package(s) which phase(s) are being bid therein.
