Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Oxnard, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
As of August 04, 2022, project was awarded to JTEC Corporation. Construction is anticipated to start in September 2022. Project includes furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant Work to install a new prefabricated restroom building including utility hookups, site furnishings, hardscape, landscape, ADA compliant sidewalk, and roof. The prefabricated Exeloo restroom has been prepurchased by the City and will be installed by the Contractor onsite. Installation will include offloading the Exeloo restroom from the delivery truck per Manufacturer specifications. Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid security as described in the Instructions to Bidders in the Contract Documents. Upon Contract award, the successful Bidder shall provide both Payment and Performance Bonds- each at 100% of the Contract Price- to the City Clerk or his or her designee in accordance with Greenbook Inquiries regarding this Notice Inviting Bids may be directed to renee.hatcher@oxnard.org The City reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the City that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the work contemplated therein.
