The Board of Education seeks to obtain the services of a consultant to provide Industrial Hygiene & Air Monitoring and testing and professional environmental consultation in its facilities, as follows: LOCATIONS WITHIN DISTRICT Farragut Middle/Hastings High School 27 Farragut Avenue, Hastings on Hudson, NY 10706 Hillside Elementary School 120 Lefurgy Avenue, Hastings on Hudson, NY 10706 a. The selected consultant will be expected to collect samples and provide laboratory analysis with interpretation for the following tests: Please see all testing requirements in Schedule A b. The selected consultant will be expected to provide Hasting-on-Hudson Union Free School District with recommendations to remedy any conditions uncovered. All wages and supplements paid to laborers on this contract shall be in accordance with the New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Schedule, specifically "General Construction Rates" for Westchester County. The schedule is available on the Department of Labor portal and is incorporated by references in these special conditions. Certified payroll must be submitted with each invoice. The board of education, in the best interest of the school district, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, as well as to accept any part of a bid or alternative bid. The HOHUFSD reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bids, or to reject all bids, or to accept any bid which in the opinion of the Board will be in its interest. The method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
