Site work for a water / sewer project in Conroe, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The scope of the project is to rehabilitate all waterlines and related infrastructure within the Sunset Ridge Subdivision. The current water infrastructure in this area consists of older and deteriorated 2- and 4-inch water lines, this project will abandon existing lines and install approximately 23,000 linear ft of new 8- inch and 12-inch PVC conduit by open cut and trenchless methods. The project also includes replacing hydrants valves and other fixtures. CSPs must be accompanied by a certified check upon some responsible bank of the State of Texas or a bid bond from a Surety Company holding a permit in the State of Texas in the amount of 10% of the bid. The successful proposer must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price from a Surety Company holding a permit in the State of Texas and approved by the Federal Government. The City of Conroe reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The deadline to ask questions is 5/30/2022 2:00 PM CST
