The work to be performed consists of the CONTRACTOR furnishing all materials, equipment, tools,
labor, and incidentals necessary for the construction of the proposed project, complete in place in
accordance with the contract drawings and specification and subject to the terms and conditions of
the Agreement.
The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, equipment, tools,
labor, and incidentals as required by the plans, specifications, and contract documents for the of
CITY SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM CDBG FUNDED PROJECT. See project plans and
details for more detailed description of the CITY SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM CDBG
FUNDED PROJECT.
The work includes
Construction including removal and reconstruction of damaged concrete sidewalk improvements
clean-up of the project area and miscellaneous appurtenant work.
CONTRACTOR shall provide safe and adequate pedestrian access at all times. Vehicular movement
at and around all construction sites shall be provided and maintained at all times. Approved barriers
and signs (traffic flagging personnel, if necessary), shall be furnished and utilized by the
CONTRACTOR to ensure safety and public access to businesses at all times.
All Bidders questionnaires and/or request for equal substitution requests shall be submitted to Citys Project Manager, Joe Conroy, via email at
jconroy@cityofpasadena.net by 4:00 PM on November 3, 2022. Any questions or substitution request received after 4:00 PM on November 3,
2022 will not be considered. All addendum will be responded by November 7, 2022.
