Question Cutoff Date 5/24/2022 05:00:00 PM (CT) Timely completion of the work within budget is of primary importance to the City. The City anticipates the Council to award a Contract to the selected CMAR by June 30, 2022. The preliminary budget set for this project by the City is $6.9 million and includes the Cost of the Work Plus the Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price Bonding Requirements for Construction to be completed by an A- or better Surety Company licensed to do business in Texas attesting to the firm's bonding capacity to provide adequate performance, payment, and maintenance bonds for this project.
