The City of Missouri City intends to award to one contractor the complete construction of the Missouri City Drive Reconstruction Project. Including, but not limited to, concrete and asphalt road paving, underground utilities and associated grading, and landscaping. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials and transportation necessary to perform the work under this contract per specifications. If the "Contract Total" amount shown on the Bid Sheet - Exhibit "A" is $100,000 or greater, the performance bond shall be 100% of that amount. If the "Contract Total".
