The City of Missouri City intends to award to one contractor the complete construction of the Missouri City Drive Reconstruction Project. Including, but not limited to, concrete and asphalt road paving, underground utilities and associated grading, and landscaping. The successful contractor shall provide all labor, materials and transportation necessary to perform the work under this contract per specifications. All inquiries about this bid or specifications must be made to Jonathan Harris, Purchasing & Budget Coordinator Public Works via email jonathan.harris@missouricitytx.gov The last day for prospective bidders to enquire or to ask questions regarding this invitation to bid for posting potential addenda will be Wednesday, June 15, 2022 at 5:00 PM After contract approval by City Council on or approximately July 18, 2022, a contract may be executed and all required documentation provided before a notice to proceed will be given by the City If the total estimated contract amount ("Contract Total" on the Bid Sheet - Exhibit "A") exceeds $50,000.00, a Certified or Cashier's Check drawn on a State or National Bank or a Bid Bond from an acceptable Surety Company authorized to transact business in the State of Texas, in the total amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum amount of the bid payable without recourse to the City of Missouri City, Texas. If the "Contract Total" amount shown on the Bid Sheet - Exhibit "A" is $100,000 or greater, the performance bond shall be 100% of that amount. If the "Contract Total".
