Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Ashland, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The purpose of this quick quote is to obtain quotes from experienced, competent, and properly trained/certified contractors to install a 30 foot by 40-foot metal fabricated pavilion. All required certifications and licenses shall be provided to the County upon request. The worksite location is: 13038 Winston Road, Ashland, VA 23005 Project Completion Date: Start date June 2, 2022 with a completion date of June 30, 2022 The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials to install the fabricated pavilion. - Design, manufacture, deliver and construct a 30 foot by 40-foot metal fabricated pavilion - Structure will be installed and anchored on a 30 foot by 40-foot concrete pad - 12 gauge galvanized frame - 29 gauge painted steel panels - 10-foot leg height - Vertical style roof - 3-foot horizontal side panels with J trim on both 40 foot sides - Gable ends with J trim on both ends - Color match screws for all panels and trim - Certified to 140 mph winds and 30 psf snow load
