Site work for a mixed-use development in Louisville, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As a result of damage sustained from the Marshal fire the City of Louisville (the "City") is soliciting proposals from highly qualified consultants to provide design services for fire damaged landscapes which includes parks, greenways, median renovations and four playground replacement projects. Damage includes but is not limited to burned parks, plant beds, irrigation systems, playground(s), fences and other site amenities. The selected consultant will work closely with City staff and will solicit input from the public and the City's Parks and Public Landscaping Advisory Board. The landscape design services requested herein are to produce a range of conceptual options with cost analysis for each and final designs with construction level drawings and specifications. The goal of the project is to quickly mitigate fire related damage and help City residents get on a path to rebirth and recovery after the Marshall fire. Any submittals received after due date and time will be returned to the offeror. The City of Louisville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
