Please direct any questions regarding this RFQ to: Karla Meyers - kjmeyers@ebparks.org All questions are due no later than 3:00 p.m. (local time) on Thursday, May 26, 2022. The Design and Construction Department of the East Bay Regional Park District (District) intends to engage a firm to provide soil import and management, environmental protection, and site safety services. The District is interested in firms with expertise and experience similar to that described below and is seeking firms that it can work effectively with to achieve project success. The District reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs, whether or not minimum qualifications are met, and to modify, postpone, or cancel the RFQ without liability, obligation, or commitment to any party, firm, or organization. In addition, the District reserves the right to request and obtain additional information from any candidate submitting an SOQ, and to waive any minor informality or irregularity An SOQ MAY BE REJECTED for any of the following reasons: SOQ received after designated time and date. SOQ not containing the required elements, exhibits, nor organized in the required format. SOQ considered not fully responsive to this RFQ. SOQ contains excess or extraneous material not called for in the RFQ. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
