Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a day care center in Ada, Oklahoma. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a day care center; for the demolition of a day care center; for the remodel of a day care center; and for site work for a day care center.

Description of project: Provide A/E services to design an additional 8100 sf +/- and renovation of 2000 sf +/-. The addition will include a single story building housing 6 new classrooms with en-suite restrooms and storage rooms, enlarging the existing dining room, and hallway connectivity to the existing facility. The remodel will consist of redesigning and enlarging the kitchen and new storage, converting an existing area into classrooms with new en-suite restrooms and storage and remodeling the existing en-suite restrooms. Evaluation of the proposals and other pertinent information will be reviewed to determine the respondent's ability to meet the requirements of the request. The proposals will be evaluated based on the following items: lowest bid-3 points, experience of firm-2 points, ability of administer contract-4 points, past performance-4 points, current work load-2 points and Indian preference-2 points. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all proposals.
