All documents (forms) herein and attached are required to be completed and returned with response. All questions must be answered within the Ion Wave Question & Answer segment. The deadline for submitting questions on this bid is May 25, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. This is an evaluated bid, please pay close attention to the GP&L Construction Contractor Questionnaire and Pricing Sheet. Provide all information requested in a complete and organized response. Construct 18-inch Diameter x 15'-0" Long Underreamed Drilled Shafts with 42" Diameter Bell (MW50; Dwg. MW-1015-1); including drilling, disposal of waste material, forming, concrete, rebar, ties, spacers, Hilti expansion anchor bolts, pumping of groundwater (if necessary), backfilling, replacement and compaction of flex base sublayer. Construct 30-inch Diameter x 16'-0" Long Underreamed Drilled Shafts with 60" Diameter Bell (MW53, MW54, MW55, MW56, MW57, MW57A, MW58, MW58A, MW59, MW59A & MW60; Dwgs. MW-1015- 2); including drilling, disposal of waste material, forming, concrete, rebar, ties, spacers, pumping of groundwater (if necessary), backfilling, replacement and compaction of flex base sublayer Construct 48" Diameter x 19'-0" Long Underreamed Drilled Shafts with 78" Diameter Bell Construct 54" Diameter Drilled Shaft (MW61 & MW61A; Dwg. MW-1015-3); including drilling, disposal of waste material, concrete, rebar, ties, spacers, casing This contract is for construction of the Garland Power & Light Millwood Switchyard. Civil site improvements have been completed at the site and generally consisted of clearing, grading, drainage, flexible base yard subgrade, and access drive gravel surfacing. The Millwood Switchyard will be cut in to and served by the existing Wylie-Elm Grove 138kV transmission line. Transmission line cut ins and terminations by others will end at the line side of high voltage switches on the new A-Frames. Engineers Estimate: $1,550,000.00
