Site work and paving for a civil project in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
As of 6/14/2022 project was already awarded to Utilicore Municipal Solutions. 2nd low bidder " Utilicore" unable to verify from crimson or google. This project consists of the repair of water line leaks, replacement or repair of fire hydrants and repair of existing street cuts as assigned within the City of Muskogee. The wotk will include all components ofthe replacement and repairofleaking lines and fire hydrants as well as existing street cut repairs. This project may be extended into future years upon agreement by both parties Any addendums will be posted on the same website. The City of Muskogee reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or part of all Bids, and to waive irregularities at its discretion. The City of Muskogee reserves the right to accept a Bid other than the lowest Bid, with justification, as provided by the Citys Purchasing Policy. By submitting its Bid, the Bidder confirms that the Bidder has read and understood the Citys Purchasing Policy, available on the Citys website at cityofmuskogee.org. A Bidder wishing to appeal a bid award must present a written appeal to the City Manager within five (5) days of the bid opening. Bid security of the two (2) low bidders will be retained until approval of contract and execution of satisfactory bonds by the successful bidder, or until other disposition on the bids is made.
