MacEwan University invites Proposals from Contractors qualified to work on Cooling Towers. The contract requirement is to provide annual inspection, maintenance, and repair services to Cooling Towers in various facilities, Sites: City Center Campus (CCC), Allard Hall (AH), Robbins Health Learning Center (RHLC), Students Association MacEwan University (SAMU). Deadline for questions May 20, 2022 All questions shall be directed to: Madhukar Sharma Senior Advisor, Procurement and Contracts Expense Procurement and Contract Services Email: EPACS@macewan.ca MacEwan University is seeking a Proponent with demonstrated experience in providing Cooling Tower Maintenance Services as specified in this RFP document. It is the intent of MacEwan University to obtain proposals from Proponents based on their capability, methodology, and related experience in providing Cooling Tower Maintenance Services. For the purpose of this Agreement if awarded, the first term of the Agreement will be for five (5) years from date of award with the possibility of extension for an additional two-year term subject to satisfactory performance reviews. Firm pricing is required for the initial (5) year term. MacEwan University shall not incur any liability, should it choose not to exercise its exclusive option to extend the Agreement.
