PROJECT DESCRIPTION Jefferson County Parks & Recreation Commission is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) for construction of a gravel parking lot at James Hite Park, 2545 Hite Road, Kearneysville WV 25430. 2. SCOPE OF WORK The Commission desires to have the following completed: 1. Construct parking lot F, 118 regular spaces, plus 6 handicap spaces. 2. Remove approximately 6-8 inches of topsoil on parking area, 3. Relocate topsoil to approved location within James Hite Park. 4.
