Project : NC A&T Murphy Hall Restroom Renovations Rebid Location : Nocho St., Greensboro, NC 27411 The restroom renovationswill be constructed on the campus of North Carolina A&T State University in Greensboro, NC. Murphy Hallis a 3-story student services buildinghaving approximately 39,000 GSF. The project includes renovating gang toilets in the basement, first and second floors.In addition, a single toilet room for the vice chancellor will be re-finished. Contract Documents shall consist of the Notice to Bidders; General Conditions of the Contract; special conditions if applicable; Supplementary General Conditions; the drawing and specifications, including all bulletins, addenda or other modifications of the drawings and specifications incorporated into the documents prior to their execution; the bid; the contract; the performance bond if applicable; and insurance certificates.
