CCSD wishes to build a new freestanding classroom addition with 12 new classrooms at approximately 1,050 square feet. To accommodate the additional number of students, it is necessary to renovate and increase some of the existing areas including: a.) Renovate the existing cafeteria to increase the square footage by approximately 1,050 square feet. b.) Renovate the existing administration area, learning commons and existing classrooms at approximately 1,750 square feet. c.) Relocate utilities on the site as necessary including water, sewer, electrical and gas. Site work may include reworking of the existing parking, drives, and retention pond
