The Town of Westerly/Westerly Schools reserves the right to reject any/all bids, waive any informalities in the bids received and to accept and award the bid to the lowest qualified bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town/School. The Town/School does not discriminate based on age, color, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, or disability in accordance with applicable laws and regulations The supplier will be responsible to furnish and deliver to Westerly Public Schools HEPA filters for the classrooms for a three (3) year term beginning August 1, 2022 to July 31, 2025 according to the agreed upon rate and terms and conditions of RFQ 2022-034. Specifications: 250 Sets (2 Filters per set) of OEM MA-112 Replacement Filter Compatible for Medify Air MA-112 V.1 or V2.0 Air Purifier True HEPA Replacement Filter Part Number MA-112R o HEPA filters are combined with Activated Carbon 2-in-1 Filter. o 3-STAGE FILTRATION - It must include a pre-filter and remove 99.9% airborne particles, such as dust, smoke and VOCs, and an activated carbon filter to remove VOCs and common household odors. o Medical Grade H13 HEPA Filters
