Timeline Work start date: April 3, 2023 Work end date: October 27, 2023 No other visit will be made and tenderers may not, under any circumstances, present themselves on the premises at any time other than the date and time set for the site visit. Bidders are responsible for informing themselves and adequately assessing the nature and scope of the work, as well as being aware of the locations and conditions affecting the performance of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises can be submitted. During the site visit, no new information will be provided. The objective is to certify places. If bidders, contractors and subcontractors attending the site visits have any questions, it is their responsibility to forward their questions in writing by email to the designated administrative officer for the Tender. If necessary, questions will be answered by means of an addendum. No verbal information provided during the visit engages the responsibility of the public body. In the event of a discrepancy between the verbal exchanges during the visit and the tender documents, the latter take precedence. Validity of submissions The tender is valid for a period of forty-five (45) days from the date of opening of tenders. Only bids from contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ cB-1.1). Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tenders.
