The associated size standard for this procurement is $45 million. SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is to construct eight (8) one-bedroom apartments and two (2) two-bedroom apartments. The multiplex will include a central gathering area, housekeeping/laundry department, and mechanical space. The facility will have a one unit handicapped accessible. The new facility will provide ten (10) additional housing units to address the lack of available housing in the area. Two (2) of the units will be designated as transit quarters which will be used for the contract employees and students hired to provide services.
