Provide all labor, equipment and materials for the implementation of the Pope Place and Gold Merit Remedial Action Plan. Work includes obtaining necessary permits and surveys, clearing and grubbing, excavating and backfilling with clean material, establishing a vegetative cover, and preparing a Construction Completion Report for submission to the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Combined, the Pope Place and Gold Merit site is approximately 44 acres. The site consists of a heavily wooded area and smaller developed and residential areas. The site is located in Duval County immediately south of the Ribault River and east of New Kings Road. The Contractor is required to perform the work utilizing 40-hour HAZWOPER trained personnel, including a HAZWOPER Site Supervisor, under a health and safety plan prepared by the Contractor. The work shall be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, ordinances and the latest edition of the City Any questions please contact the buyer at bmatus@coj.net Last day to ask questions is 8 June 2022 at 2pm.
