Renovation of a detention facility in Reidsville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Bids must include removal of the existing equipment and installation of the new units per the specifications attached. This includes hot gas reheat, SCR controlled electric heat, unit controller, adapter curb, a 5-year warranty on the compressor, and certified start-up. Bid must also include a supply fan VFD, but not sized for increased CFM for smoke evacuation mode. Tattnall County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Contractor must be authorized and use the federal work authorization program commonly known as E-Verify, or any subsequent replacement program, in accordance with the applicable provisions and deadlines established in O.C.G.A 13-10-91.
