TU Bid Bond: All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing 10% of the total cost of the tender, including applicable taxes, in favor of the Center de services scolaire. This bid security must be presented in one of the following forms: A certified cheque;
An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued by a financial institution valid for a period of 45 days following the date of opening of tenders.
A bid bond issued by a financial institution that is an insurer holding a license issued in accordance with the Insurance Act.
