The County of Sonoma Purchasing Division, hereafter referred to as the County, is soliciting bids from qualified firms to establish Blanket Purchase Order agreement(s) for the Air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, parts and related supplies for use by all County departments, divisions, various County affiliates, including the Sonoma County Water Agency and the Sonoma County Community Development Commission Special Districts, on as-needed basis. This invitation for bid is expected to result in the award of As-Needed Blanket Purchase Order Agreement(s). The County does not guarantee any maximum or minimum purchase of products under any resulting agreements. No acceptations or substitutions will be accepted for the items listed on the line items herein. Due to the urgent need of parts for immediate repairs needed suppliers are required to have a store located within a five (5) mile radius of 2300 County Center Drive, Santa Rosa, CA. 95403. All questions related to this solicitation must be submitted in writing at minimum 48 hours prior to bid opening. Please email questions to phillip.whipple@sonoma-county.org. Award: Award will be based on the lowest line item prices, and highest discount offered on attachment titled Discount Price Sheet for items not listed in this solicitation. The County may award by line item, combination of like items, total aggregate award or in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the County. The County reserves the right to multiple award. Inspection: The County reserves the right before payment or acceptance to inspect all goods and workmanship, and shall have the right to reject all goods and workmanship that do not conform to the Purchase Order or Contract, provided; however, the County is under no duty to make such inspection. The County reserves the right to extend the date of acceptance of goods or workmanship in the event it determines that the nonconforming goods or workmanship can be reasonably cured.
