Pre-spray with tack before finish coat. Finish coat Warm mix blacktop compacted to a minimum thickness of 1-1/2" x 22', on Evergreen Rd. All Contractors are responsible for Diggers Hotline Marking, of their awarded items. Contractor to spread road base over asphalt approximately 4" thick over existing asphalt. Town forces will rough grade base prior to pulverizing. Contractor to pulverize base course and existing roadbed per bid item #2. Contractor to spread additional 4" of roadbase over roadbed. Town forces will rough grade base course prior to paving. Contractor to fine grade and pave per bid item #3.
