Only persons, companies and companies having obtained the tender document directly from the electronic tendering system are admitted to tender. To be valid, each tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the total amount of the tender, in the form of a certified check or a guarantee, made out to Ville de Bécancour.
