The definition of terms used in this Tender Form and Agreement shall conform in all respects to the definition of terms contained in the document entitled "General Provisions and Contract Specifications for Highway Construction," published by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure of the Province of Prince Edward Island as amended on the date of closing of Tenders pursuant to this Agreement. The Contractor hereby covenants and agrees with the Minister as herein provided in connection with the following work, namely: Project #31 - Asphalt Resurfacing 2022 Riverside Dr (Section 35301, Station 0-830) Greenfield Rd (Section 32003, Station 0-304) Baldwins Rd (Section 02203, Section 1380-2760) Martinvale Rd (Section 32102, Station 5562-6562) For a total distance of 3.51 km Cold planning 2.4 metre strip along shoulder on each side of road (1.2 metres of asphalt and 1.2 metres of existing shoulder material) (55mm), placing asphalt levelling A (55 mm) in 2.4 metre strip cut on each side of road, placing asphalt seal B (45 mm) full width (8.6-9.0 m), shouldering and all other work necessary to complete the Contract.
