Site work for a water / sewer project in Vancouver, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Port of Vancouver Terminal 4 Bank Stabilization Project provides for improvement of the Columbia River shoreline by installing erosion protection stone in combination with salvaged in-situ stone on the bank. Work incudes live willow pole plantings along the existing beach slope, replacement of guardrail along the adjacent roadway, grading, paving and erosion control measures. Work is intended to improve the bank stability and to improve riparian conditions on this section of the Columbia River. Work in this project is within of the security area requiring Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC). Additional security requirements and TWIC information is located the Special Provisions. The project is estimated to cost $2,780,515 - $3,073,200. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure the firm has received a complete solicitation package found at ProcureWare. Non-registered firms on the Port's ProcureWare system will not be able to download solicitation documents. Questions must be submitted via the Port of Vancouver ProcureWare system by 5/26/22 at 12 P.M. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
