Remodeling of a municipal facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
This project is to remodel offices on the 3rd floor of the LSB building for the JBC staff. Four new offices are being created and one new conference room in the lobby space. Two breakrooms are being upgraded with new flooring and built-in millwork. The lobby will be upgraded with new lighting fixtures, ceiling repairs and paint. New carpet and painting in all remodeled areas. Audio visual and IT upgrades will also occur, General contractor to coordinate with owner's IT and owner's AV company. The right is reserved to waive informalities and to reject any and all Bids.
