Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Alexandria, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Bids are to be for complete work, including all sweeping, rolling and furnishing of all necessary lights and barricades. Bids are to be submitted on a unit basis - gallons and tons applied to Township roads and are to be submitted according to the specifications included with the bid forms.The bid bond or certified check shall be in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the bid and shall be enclosed with the sealed bid. The attention of the bidders is directed to the special statutory provisions, R.C. 4115. 02 et. seq., governing the prevailing rate of wages to be paid to laborers and mechanics employed on public improvements, and also to R.C. 153 .59 regarding nondiscrimination. The Board of Trustees of Lanier Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Total estimated cost for the entire project will not exceed $75,000.
