Site work for a municipal facility in Key West Naval Air Station, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority (FKAA) desires to retain licensed, qualified Consultants to provide the scope of services described below. This Qualifications Package provides guidelines for the submission of letters of interest and Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The purpose of the project is to design approximately 28,000 LF of 36" steel transmission main to replace the existing 30" transmission main in the vicinity of Plantation Key, extending from the north side of Snake Creek to Tavernier Creek. This project will also include a subaqueous crossing at Tavernier Creek performed via horizontal directional drill, installing new HDPE transmission main. FKAA reserves the right to modify all or any portion of Qualifications Package that it deems acceptable, reject any and all Qualifications Package, and to waive minor irregularities in the evaluation process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
