The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, transportation, apparatus and tools necessary for the entire proper completion of this Work: and shall install, maintain and remove all equipment for the proper execution of the Contract, and shall be responsible for the safe, proper and lawful performance of their equipment, maintenance use of the same, and shall perform in the best manner, and everything properly incidental thereto, as stated in the Contract Documents or reasonably implied therein. Project includes renovation of the existing former Auto Body shop to serve as teaching/technical lab space, offices and storage for the Engineering program of Minnesota State University, Mankato engineering program. Work includes but is not limited to: new ADA restroom; renovation of offices & storage; HVAC modifications and electrical and lighting modifications.
