Additionally, the SERVICE PROVIDER will be hired to perform the activities, documentation, and outreach required to develop and perform the Design-Build (DB) procurement and DB Contract Administration and to develop up to a thirty percent (30%) level design for the preferred alternative to improve the System-to-System Interchange. Project Goals: Assist the DEPARTMENT with the procurement of a DB contractor for the Henderson Interchange Project; Develop a DB Delivery Contract which includes the following: a set of contract documents prescribing the DEPARTMENT's intent for the design and construction of the Project, Preparation of thirty percent (30%) plans, other reference information documents (RIDs); Identify all right-of-way and utility impacts required for the Project, and through innovations, minimize impacts to right-of-way and utilities; Develop a comprehensive stakeholder and public outreach plan and establish effective communication with the project team, stakeholders, resource agencies, the public, and other third parties involved; Improve safety, operations, and mobility to the Henderson/ Clark County area.
