**As of July 11, 2022, project was awarded to KOR building Group, LLC, awarded amount is $644,626.24.** APN# 14018102024 RP.D0121061 A requirement of the contract includes a certification that Bidder is not currently engaged in, and agrees for the duration of the contract not to engage in, a boycott of Israel. The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled: Walnut Recreation Center, Gymnasium Floor Replacement and is located at 3075 N. Walnut Rd. Las Vegas, Nevada 89115. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Division 01 through 48 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the demolition and replacement of approximately 10,500 sq. ft. of existing Gymnasium, (room # 123) flooring including (6) new brass stanchion cover plates at existing volleyball post locations; height and location adjustment of six (6) existing basketball goals, Contractor shall provide professional cleaning of the gymnasium interior and exterior mechanical ducts, wall and ceiling conduit, (6) basketball goal posts and mechanical frames and interior "Monokote" wall surfaces, new ADA compliant accessible sloped rubber mats at existing doors into the gymnasium as shown on the drawings (6), demolition and replacement 1,200 sq. ft. of interior ceramic tile floor and base in the adjacent restrooms, demolition of exterior egress sidewalk adjacent to door #123D; new (3) protective rubber mats within storage closets, adjust height of existing (2) drinking fountain and associated related plumbing, and height modification of approximately (16) gymnasium doors and installation of new door kickplates, door perimeter rated seals, door bottom threshold rated sweeps and ADA compliant accessible threshold cover plates as shown on the drawings.
