Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for an educational facility in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
In general the work consists of hazardous materials abatement, building demolition to subgrade, onsite crushing of certain cementitious and masonry materials, and associated steam and other utility revisions to accommodate removal of two four-story dormitories from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire campus to make way for a future science and health building. Each dormitory has a footprint of approximately 9,500 square feet Base Bids will be received as follows: A single lump sum bid for All Work. No deposit is required to obtain documents for bidding purposes Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted
